Who we are

PittWall is a project that builds the commercial side of racing for drivers: sponsorship dossiers, sponsor mapping, visual identity and websites. PittWall is currently run by its founders and has not yet been incorporated as a company. When it is, this policy will be updated with the company details. What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, and the details you choose to share about your racing (category, season budget, sponsorship situation and any message). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare your free audit and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and the steps needed before a possible agreement.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and stored in our email account (Google). The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers only process the data to provide their service. Some of them may store data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact with you, and up to 12 months after our last conversation if we do not end up working together. If we do work together, for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to pittwallmanagement@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
